You have been told you need Pilates in your life, so how do you get started ?

Email or text Skye a little about yourself and why you want to start. She will suggest the best course of action to suit your needs and goals. If you are prenatal or just had a bub, have a pre existing injury or after rehabilitation, you may require a private session. Skye will help you to understand the fundamentals of posture, alignment and correct core activation and which PilatesBarre class is right for you.
If its cardio, strength and sculpting the body of a dancer you are after, then go ahead and join into any class on the timetable. Check out the Movement Menu to find the fit for you.

The PilatesBarre Timetable flows with the NSW School Terms, it is recommended to start at the beginning of the term, as each sessions builds on the foundations.
Please reach out to us if you wish to join mid term, you may require a quick consult with Skye, and we can organize a complimentary class for you.
